I had a talk with my supervisor. Well its not like what i expected. Things turned out much2 better. Yea most misunderstanding happened because of miscommunication or lack of communication. I like to assume and that is a grave mistake. Well this is a lesson for me. Avoid speculation at all cost especially on people.
